Term Conditions

These terms and conditions here with shall apply to all contracts for the sale and supply of goods and services by KS Designers to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which the client may purport to apply.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees/US$. Any returned cheques will incur an administration fee of US$35.00. A 50% deposit is required before any work is undertaken. The balance must be settled within 14 days of invoice. Payments are to be made by either bank transfer or cheque. Any costs incurred in the event of recovery of late payments will be passed on to the customer.

We do not offer any form of credit to clients. An account shall be considered default if it remains unpaid for 30 days from the date of invoice, or following a returned cheque.

KS Designers shall be considered entitled to remove KS Designers's and/or the customer's material from any and all computer systems, until the amount due has been fully paid. This includes any and all unpaid monies due for services, including, but not limited to, hosting, domain registration, search engine submission, design and maintenance, sub-contractors, printers, photographers and libraries.

KS Designers will not change its products, prices or terms and conditions after sale and before delivery without prior notice. The terms and conditions governing any transaction at the time of sale will be those situated on this site at the time of order. KS Designers endeavours to process orders as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by any third party.

You have the right to cancel an order within 7 (seven) days of signing your contract with us. If choose to cancel your order within this period, your deposit will be returned in full. Domain Name Registration does not qualify for the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee but can be cancelled if the registration process has not completed, your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation beyond this 7 day period must be confirmed in writing, at which point payment for all work completed up to that time will be immediately billable. KS Designers can accept no responsibility or liability if any search engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part of a web site promotion commission, chooses not to list a client's web site. These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with Indian Law.
